The 206N release is engineered to higher tolerances than a standard release and has a side pressure loading of 1000 kilos. Operates on 12v d.c. and is fail open. These releases can be used in conjunction with fire alarms in situations where loss of power to the release ensures that ingress and egress is possible… A single pole change over switch is included which is used to monitor the locked/unlocked status of the door.
