This is a simple to install 4G GSM 1 button intercom that is suitable for one residential properties or a small office. The intercom has 1 call buttons on one entrance panel. Using mobile phone technology, a call will be made to the occupants phone, removing the need to be in the house to answer the door or gate.
It is possible to open your gate while you are not at home. This intercom allows 2 way communication between occupants and the caller.

With GSM comes freedom. Answer calls from your door or gate from any telephone number including your mobile so you never have to miss that important caller. GSM audio kits available from single call button applications up to 12 button kits (surface or flush), however is expandable up to 50 call buttons, all with the facility to divert to additional numbers if the first is busy or unanswered (up to 3 divert numbers per button).
Programming is carried out via SMS messaging or PC software using a micro USB connection. Including an exit button input, auxiliary inputs and outputs and a dry contact relay, the Videx GSM PRO can be powered using 12-24V ac/dc.
Additional features include integrated proximity access (for up to 1000 users) and call progress announcement both verbally and with four call progress LED’s.
An event log (up to 4000 stored events) is maintained within the entry panel and can be downloaded via the USB port or RS485 bus connection using the GSMSK PC software which also includes many features to simplify the installation and programming process.

You can also add and modify numbers called, the dial to open numbers, access codes including temporary access codes for one-time visitors, as well as proximity tags that are used to open the gate or door.
Up to 10 GSM intercoms can be stored in the app. Settings such as master code, telephone number, call button telephone numbers and free access settings are all stored to save the user time while using the app. An advanced version of the app will also be available soon with even more features for the installer or managing agent of the system.
The app is not restricted to the GSMPRO version of the Videx GSM intercom systems and can also be used with the Digital GSM, vandal resistant GSM’s, multiple entrance 2270 interface and the GSM lite.

The installation of powered gate automation is regulated by the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations which recognises a powered gate as machinery.
