The 6488/MV is a simple and compact hands-free colour videophone with memory board picture capture facility for the VX2300 video system including the ESVKX and ESVKC “true” 2 wire BUS videokit series.

A surface mount videophone, finished in white impact resistant ABS plastics and features a 4.3″ high definition LCD TFT colour display and 4 tactile buttons for “door open”, “answer call/camera recall”, “privacy ON/OFF” and a spare service button. The “door open” and “privacy ON” features are also accompanied by an indication LED.
It also includes 4 additional memory board buttons to: browse stored pictures, scroll through on screen menu controls, take a picture and enable/disable the automatic picture capture function. Other adjustments and programming features include: a set of picture hue, contrast and brightness controls (via the on screen menu), a 3 level call tone volume switch, microphone volume adjustment trimmer and date & time setup feature. It can also store up to 100 pictures with corresponding recorded date & time.
The videophone is also compatible with the 64931 desk kit for an easy and practical functional alternative to a wall mount solution.
